Rice – Part 2

I think this worked out as I wanted, the extra oil definitely made a huge difference!

All the ingredients together. Cup of rice in a liquid measuing cup (I'm dealing with a Greek recipe, figured they are not particular about dry measuring cups and liquid measuring cups), two cups water, chicken bouillon cube, salt, pepper, oil

Sautee the rice until it starts to brown slightly

Add the water and mix thoroughly

Allow to cook, covered, for 10 minutes, checking on ocassion and stirring

Rice slightly undercooked. Remove from heat and keep covered, allowing the steam to do the last bit of cooking

Utilizing the leftover mushroom, caramelized onion, and goat cheese mixture for a yummy, mostly vegetarian, dinner
